Philly Comics & Cosplay Day is Saturday, March 19th!

Philly Comics & Cosplay Day is happening on Saturday! Bust out your finest cosplay and get to the Trinity Center for Urban Life at 22nd and Spruce Street in Center City Philadelphia.
There will be special guests, live music, contests and panel discussions. Professional cosplayers Ginny McQueen (aka G-Chan), Dokudel and Monica Tulay will this year’s special guests. They’ll also be judging the Cosplay Contest and hosting panel discussions.


Check out Dokudel’s “Stitching for Beginners to Experts” panel, Monica’s “Costume Crafting 101” and Ginny McQueen’s “Using Social Media for Cosplay” panel, a can’t-miss for those who aspire to be cosplay pros. There will also be panels about diversity in cosplay hosted by Ginny McQueen and friends, Marvel VS DC and a pop culture trivia contest.
The other special guest will be Walking Dead cover artist Will Torres. Swing by his booth to get a portrait of yourself as a Walker. There will also be live entertainment by magician Patrick James and music by local band the Centennials. Sing your heart out at karaoke or take it easy at the Moe Maid Café who will be setting up at PC&CD to serve light refreshments. And make sure you leave with a ton of swag: there’s a huge vendor’s room with plenty of local artists and creators to support and raffle prizes offered every hour.

Advance tickets are still available for $9 and they will be $10 at the door. Kids under 12 get in free with a paying adult.
