Klang OST bLiNd – Dimension Rift

GameChops teams up with game developer Tinimations and veteran remixer bLiNd for our first OST, the rhythm platformer KLANG out now on steam!

Download the track and then head on over to steam and try the game out for yourself!

“Klang is an innovative take on traditional rhythm games that pushes the genre beyond pressing buttons to tempo into a world of fast-paced exploration, platforming and combat.

In Klang, players assume the role of a tuneblade-wielding, elite rave warrior on a quest to free himself from the shackles of Soundlord Sonus. Become one with the music as you battle your way through increasingly challenging levels, timing every action and attack to audio visual cues.

Set to the music of legendary EDM composer, bLiNd, Klang is an adrenaline rush sure to challenge even the most skilled of multitaskers.”

Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana… the list of influences could go on and on, but quite frankly it stands strongly on its own two feet. Just in time for the change of seasons, grab a warm cup of tea and relax while you listen to this gem:

Retro Gamers Rejoice! Jet-Paco is Coming to NES, IRL

Let us all take a moment to appreciate 8-bit gaming on the Nintendo Entertainment System. The NES was– and still is– awesome, and if you don’t think the NES is awesome, you’re probably just bad at playing NES games.  Or maybe you’ve experienced a traumatic incident involving a Nintendo being used as a weapon. Anyway, people are still making NES games. Continue reading Retro Gamers Rejoice! Jet-Paco is Coming to NES, IRL
